Secondary School (Years 7 – 12)

Secondary students at St Paul’s are the leaders of our community. Your child will have multiple opportunities to work in the real world and on real world problems, while also playing a crucial role in helping younger students flourish.

The learning opportunities for senior students are vast. To learn more, investigate the subjects available below.

WHAT LEARNING LOOKS LIKE

Many students in their final years will be working either as part of the workforce or for themselves, with a number of students even starting their own business while still at School. The full effect of an education enhanced by our Realms of Thinking will be plain to see, as your child shows the power of creative thinking, a global perspective, a resilient nature and a thirst for entrepreneurship.

Corporate partnerships

Our Realms of Thinking and Centre for Innovators and Entrepreneurs help forge partnerships between our students and the corporate sector. Suncorp Bank and Brisbane Airport Corporation have engaged St Paul’s students to use their design thinking skills to workshop ‘live’ issues and recommend solutions; clearly helping prepare students for the real world.

Meet Grace

Grace is a Year 12 student and an Executive Captain at St Paul’s School. As Cultural Captain, Grace seeks to build school spirit across all Year levels by hosting events and helping coordinate the annual Cultural Carnivale. A high academic performer, particularly in maths and science, Grace also plays hockey for the School as well as being an active participant in music through singing in the School choir. Grace is an outstanding example of a student making the most of every opportunity at St Paul’s to create her own story.
