About This Opportunity

This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic team supporting the Senior School teachers and students across St Paul’s School.

The position of Administrative Assistant – Krebs Reception, Curriculum, Data & Logistics  is responsible for administrative and reception duties within the Krebs Building (and Tooth Building, as operationally required), whilst maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information concerning either the School or any member of its community. The position is also responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to the Director of Curriculum, Head of Data and Logistics, and the Manager of Operations.

About You: 

To be successful in this role you will have a positive and proactive approach to your work. You will need to demonstrate that you have the following skills and qualifications;

  1. Significant administration experience within a school setting
  2. Advanced competency in the use of Microsoft office with experience using various software programs including The Alpha School System (TASS)
  3. Excellent time management, organisational skills, and an acute attention to detail
  4. Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
  5. Exceptional customer service skills, professional standards and ethical conduct
  6. The ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
