International Student Policy Handbook

PLACEMENT FEE

This is currently $500 non refundable and covers the processing of applications for admission to the School.

ENROLMENT DEPOSIT

This is a deposit of $1,000.00 (GST exempt) per student to a total of $3,000.00 per family paid by 30 June of the year prior to commencement. For students starting immediately it must be paid on acceptance of the position. This deposit will be refunded within six weeks of the student leaving the school provided all outstanding amounts have been paid.

TUITION FEE

The St Paul’s School Tuition fee covers all tuition fees, subject levies and most camps. Uniforms, Textbooks or Laptop levy are not included.

TUITION FEES FOR 2026 ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Junior School $14, 707.50 per semester
High School Preparation (HSP) Program $17, 601.50 per semester
Secondary School $17, 601.50 per semester

LAPTOP LEVY

St Paul’s School has School-provided device program for all commencing International Students. Each student will receive a school-provided ASUS 14 inch Expertbook. The laptops come pre-loaded with curriculum-aligned software and will be supported by TechZone, ensuring quick repairs and minimal downtime.

Our ICT levy covers software licences, e-books, tech support, network infrastructure and a ready replacement in case of breakage or error.  The ICT Levy per student in Years 7-12 is $530 per annum.

HOMESTAY FEE

The Homestay fee for 2026 is $21, 418 for the school year and is charged per semester.

WELFARE FEE

OVERSEAS HEALTH COVER

This must be taken out for the duration of the student visa.  St Paul’s School uses Allianz for health cover for International Students.  Further information can be found on their website.

FEES & CHARGES

If the student is accepted, the School issues a Letter(s) of Offer.  This letter sets out the fees that you have to pay.

When payment of all fees is received and confirmed by the School, the School will issue the Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE)
