A New Chapter for Our Junior School – Moving Day Milestone
Friday marked an exciting and memorable occasion for our Junior School community – the official Moving Day for our Junior School classrooms. This milestone represents the final stage of the Flourishing Futures Redevelopment, an ambitious project that has transformed learning and community spaces across St Paul’s School.
The atmosphere was filled with energy and anticipation as students eagerly pressed their faces against windows, trying to catch a glimpse of their new classrooms while teachers worked diligently behind the scenes to prepare each space. By the end of the day, the classrooms were transformed into vibrant, welcoming environments ready for learning, creativity, and growth. These purposefully designed learning spaces reflect St Paul’s School’s commitment to providing our students with the very best start to their educational journey. With thoughtful layouts, updated facilities, and a fresh sense of possibility, the new classrooms will inspire both teachers and students as they settle into this exciting chapter together.
The completion of this project also symbolises the success of the Flourishing Futures Redevelopment – a vision that has seen significant upgrades across the school to support our students academically, socially, and spiritually. Moving Day was not only a practical transition into new classrooms but also a symbolic step forward in realising the future-focused education that SPS is known for.
Looking ahead, the official Dedication & Blessing of the Junior School Precinct by the Archbishop of Brisbane will take place in Term 4. This special event will be a wonderful opportunity to celebrate both the completion of the redevelopment project and the exciting future that lies ahead for our students. Moving Day will be remembered as a joyful milestone – the beginning of a new era for our Junior School and the proud conclusion of the Flourishing Futures Redevelopment journey.
