Holt Fitness welcomes the return of Ashley Simonic, St Paul’s past student of 2011 to the Holt team as our newest personal trainer! Ash was a prefect in her final year at school, and captained both the St Paul’s School Cross Country, and Athletics teams last year. Ash completed her certificate 3 and 4 in Health and Fitness in her final year at school, fully qualifying her over a range of fitness, health and nutrition areas. She is currently in training for a marathon in July and has an immense interest in running, weight loss, general fitness and nutrition. To welcome Ash to the team, we are offering a one-off discount for all personal training sessions with her over the next month, finishing on 2 May. Half hour sessions are $25 or $40 for the hour. Further group sessions with six people or more are just $10 per person per hour!! This is an incredible price for quality sessions with an excellent trainer, where you’ll be getting more than just fitness and an education for your money! Ash is also managing the Holt Fitness running club open to all members of the public for just $6 per person. Two groups head out from the gym each week. A continuous jog group at 6am on Tuesday and a walk/jog group starting at 5.45pm on Thursday. For anyone who’s interested in getting fit, getting healthy and getting in shape this year, come in and book a session with Ash to kick start your fitness journey! Thank you for your continued support. Richard Holt Fitness
