Our Story

St Paul's School is an Anglican co-educational school catering for students from Pre-prep to Year 12.

The 50 hectare campus is located on the northern boundary of the city of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

Our School is Proudly Named for the Apostle Paul

“…our dear brother Paul also wrote to you with the wisdom that God gave him. He writes the same way in all his letters, speaking in them of these matters. His letters contain things that are hard to understand…” (2 Peter 3:15-16)

A man who took the Gospel out of Israel to the then, known world. A gospel that states that all things were created by Him and in Him; a Gospel that states that we are each fearfully and wonderfully made in the image of God, a God that wishes to live in relationship with us and has a purpose for each of our lives.

Paul was a teacher. Of all the New Testament writers, Paul stands out as being the most prolific in expounding instructions on Christian living. Because of the significance of their content, Paul’s writings have attracted attention from both philosophers and thinkers as well as the ordinary faithful.

The story of St Paul’s is a story of great courage, of faithful witness, of lasting teaching. The impact of his life has lasted down through the ages. His story remains in his writing, his teaching, but is also recorded in pictures, works of art and stained glass.

St Paul's consists of 4 sub-schools:

  • Junior School: Pre-prep - Year 6
  • Middle School: Years 7 - 9
  • Senior School: Years 10 - 12
  • International School: High School Preparation and English Language

Before and After School Care is also available through the YMCA Centre onsite (including places for Prep-Prep). To find out more information please call 3261 1124 or email asp@ymca.org.au.

For over 50 years, our broad curriculum and extensive selection of extracurricular activities have provided opportunities for students of all ages and interests to be challenged, to grow and to achieve success across a myriad of disciplines.

On any given day, you will find students at St Paul's doing what they do best....throwing themselves enthusiastically into a huge range of academic, sporting and cultural activities and...creating their own story.
